Scroll slowly. This is the six-stage journey every DIYAM piece takes, from silver grain to hallmark.
01 - Sourcing
It begins as grain.
Certified 925 sterling arrives as casting grain — 92.5 parts silver, 7.5 parts strength. We weigh every batch twice, because trust starts on a scale.

02 - Casting
Fire gives it a first shape.
The grain melts at 900°C and pours into moulds our designers carved in wax. For one bright minute, silver is a liquid decision.
Lost-wax casting, small batches of forty.
03 - Setting
Small stones, steadier hands.
Under the loupe, a setter seats each stone and closes the metal around it — a grip measured in fractions of a millimetre and decades of practice.
Every setting is tugged, tapped, and tested before it passes.
04 - Polishing
Shine is a patience contest.
Three wheels, four compounds, and a final pass by hand with a cloth softer than the metal. Mirror finish isn't applied — it's persuaded.
Average time on the wheel: 22 minutes per piece.
05 - Anti-Tarnish Finishing
Bright, and stubborn about it.
A whisper-thin e-coat seals the surface against air, sweat, and Indian summers. You'll never see it. You'll always see the difference.

06 - Hallmarking
The last word isn't ours.
An independent BIS assay centre tests the metal and strikes the hallmark. Only then does a piece earn the right to be called DIYAM.
