Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out on the next working day.

If a piece needs longer — engraving, sizing, or a made-to-order commission — we tell you the date when you order rather than letting the parcel run quietly late.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 working days. Every parcel is insured and tracked from the moment it leaves the studio.

Delays outside our hands do happen — weather, strikes, an address the courier cannot find. When one affects your order we write to you with what we know, not after it is over.

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, a flat ₹99 is added at checkout and shown before you pay. There are no charges added after payment, and nothing is ever collected at the door — every DIYAM order is prepaid.

We deliver within 20 km of our Jayanagar store in Bengaluru. Checkout confirms this against the address or map pin you give us, so you will know before you pay rather than after.

If you are outside that circle, write to us. We can often still arrange something — it is a conversation, not a refusal.

A confirmation email reaches you as soon as payment succeeds, carrying your order number and everything you bought.

When your parcel is dispatched we send the tracking details to you directly. If nothing has arrived in your inbox, check the spam folder first, then write to hello@diyamhouseofsilver.com with your order number and we will resend it.
