How long will my order take to arrive?

We pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 2–4 working days after that. Every piece travels insured and tracked — you'll get the link the moment it leaves us.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free on orders of ₹999 and above, anywhere inside our Bengaluru delivery area. Below that, a flat ₹99, shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is ever collected at the door; every order is prepaid.

Can I track my order?

Always. A tracking link lands in your email and WhatsApp at dispatch, and lives under Account → My Orders the whole way home.

Where do you deliver? Do you ship across India or overseas?

Not yet — we deliver within a set radius of our Jayanagar store in Bengaluru, and checkout confirms your address against it before you pay rather than after. If you're outside that circle, or abroad, write to us on WhatsApp: we can often still arrange something.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If we haven't dispatched yet, absolutely — WhatsApp us your order number and the new address within 12 hours and we'll redirect it quietly.

15 days, no interrogation. If a piece isn't right, keep it unworn with its certificate and box, and we'll arrange a free doorstep pickup.

Once the piece reaches us and passes a gentle quality check, your refund goes back the way it came within 5–7 working days.

Can I return or exchange a gift?

Of course — gifts deserve the same grace. The order number or the certificate in the box is all we need; the giver never has to know.

My piece arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry — that's on us. Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and a replacement ships on priority, pickup included.

Engraved and made-to-order pieces are yours alone, so they're exempt — unless the flaw is ours, in which case we make it right, fully.

What does "925" mean?

Sterling standard: 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with a whisper of copper for strength. Pure enough to glow, strong enough to live in.

No — every order is prepaid. Silver is small, valuable and easy to lose in transit, and prepaid orders are traceable end to end for both of us. Paying by UPI takes a few seconds and your money is protected by the gateway the whole way.

Yes — payments run through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway with bank-grade encryption. We never see or store your card details.
